If the military school, in this case the MOS Propenent, doesn't submit anything to ACE for review, there is no credit that they can recommend for holding the MOS. Because your MOS. doesn't have a school, there is no school credit for it.
ACE recommends credits for the school course, and it recommends credit for simply holding the MOS. In this case, it's saying there are no new skills, specific to your MOS/Grade level, in addition to the ones you acquired at a previous rank or school, for ACE to evaluate.
Many courses and MOS go unevaluated. Many are evaluated, but certain periods are unevaluated. I have several such as my PLDC that didn't receive an evaluation.
If you want your MOS to be evaluated for recommended college credit, you can contact your MOS propenent. Although, since your MOS is not new and the MI branch is very well tapped into civilian education with its master degree programs, I'm certain that the proponent determined the MOS wasn't worth evaluating for credit.Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Jan 31 at 2019 10:43 AM2019-01-31T10:43:00-05:002019-01-31T10:43:00-05:00MSG Karl Moody4331376

MSG Jones,
Former 35X50 here.
