Does anyone have a copy of the Older DA PAM 623-3 (not dated 10 November 2015)?

Does anyone have a copy of the Old DA PAM 623-3 they could email me. I am currently aware that the current DA PAM dated 10 November 2015 has all the latest and greatest but I am looking for information on the older NCOER. Thanks!

Did you look on the Summary of Changes in the new one? Maybe a quick answer can be found there if no one can find the old version.

AR 623-3 Replaced the old NCOER evaluation system AR 623-205
