Does anyone have a copy of retired MG Bryan Watson's (Former USAES Commandant) command philosophy?

MG Watson's was a mentor assigned to my EOBC class in '03. He shared his command philosophy with us. I really liked it and cannot find my copy. I was wondering if anyone on here had a copy?
