It&#39;s absolutely awful and I want to update it but was hoping to see if any fellow members have used something similar and would be willing to share templates to help me brainstorm a more effective tool for my sailors and soldiers to use. I have attached a template of the current form we use. (Scrubbed of course) Does anyone happen to have a template to track System/Circuit Outages? 2018-05-31T22:19:08-04:00 PO1 Private RallyPoint Member 3675177 <div class="images-v2-count-1"><div class="content-picture image-v2-number-1" id="image-240684"> <div class="social_icons social-buttons-on-image"> <a href='https://www.facebook.com/sharer/sharer.php?u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.rallypoint.com%2Fanswers%2Fdoes-anyone-happen-to-have-a-template-to-track-system-circuit-outages%3Futm_source%3DFacebook%26utm_medium%3Dorganic%26utm_campaign%3DShare%20to%20facebook' target="_blank" class='social-share-button facebook-share-button'><i class="fa fa-facebook-f"></i></a> <a href="https://twitter.com/intent/tweet?text=Does+anyone+happen+to+have+a+template+to+track+System%2FCircuit+Outages%3F&amp;url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.rallypoint.com%2Fanswers%2Fdoes-anyone-happen-to-have-a-template-to-track-system-circuit-outages&amp;via=RallyPoint" target="_blank" class="social-share-button twitter-custom-share-button"><i class="fa fa-twitter"></i></a> <a href="mailto:?subject=Check this out on RallyPoint!&body=Hi, I thought you would find this interesting:%0D%0ADoes anyone happen to have a template to track System/Circuit Outages?%0D%0A %0D%0AHere is the link: https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/does-anyone-happen-to-have-a-template-to-track-system-circuit-outages" target="_blank" class="social-share-button email-share-button"><i class="fa fa-envelope"></i></a> </div> <a class="fancybox" rel="7e291776468ec864d2db4054669bfb8a" href="https://d1ndsj6b8hkqu9.cloudfront.net/pictures/images/000/240/684/for_gallery_v2/c15726e9.PNG"><img src="https://d1ndsj6b8hkqu9.cloudfront.net/pictures/images/000/240/684/large_v3/c15726e9.PNG" alt="C15726e9" /></a></div></div>I work in communications and we currently use a dated, glitchy, ineffective excel sheet to track when a system goes down, circuit goes down, general events, etc. It&#39;s effectively known as our &quot;Combined Events Log&quot;.
