And they say that it is all part of God's plan and God's will. Yet both times when they lose and Obama won, they somehow failed to acknowledge that his election was not just the will of the people but the will of God. Seems to me you can't have it both ways. Either the winner is God's will or he isn't. It can't be God's will when republicans win and not when democrats win.

Ted Cruz is pandering to the religious crowd by asking his supporters to fast on Monday prior to the Tuesday primaries. It's astounding to me that anyone would believe that who will win the primary will be determined by God based upon how many people skip meals for a day.

http://trailblazersblog.dallasnews.com/2016/03/cruz-asks-supporters-to-fast-ahead-of-tuesdays-primaries.html/

However, that's sort of the question now isn't it? When is prayer appropriate. You have this entire generation that is so worried about offending other cultures that we no longer stop and practice our own.

I know from personal experience that praying in a corporate environment is now not only frowned upon, but makes you as a company likely to be facing a lawsuit. Our society has really taken a tough stance on this and in a lot of ways I agree with the reasoning, but as a Christian I can also see why people are worried.Response by Cpl Jon Westbrook made Mar 15 at 2016 9:19 AM2016-03-15T09:19:17-04:002016-03-15T09:19:17-04:00Lt Col Scott Shuttleworth1380450

"and My people who are called by My name humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin, and will heal their land." 2 Chronicles 7:14Response by Lt Col Scott Shuttleworth made Mar 15 at 2016 10:37 AM2016-03-15T10:37:59-04:002016-03-15T10:37:59-04:002016-03-14T22:30:19-04:00
