Weight on a rope and one handed dead hangs. Flipping tires works good to as its a reversed grip and pulling up - as well its a good multi flex point work out.Response by SPC David S. made Apr 5 at 2016 9:35 AM2016-04-05T09:35:08-04:002016-04-05T09:35:08-04:00SFC Ralph E Kelley1436059<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>DO pull-ups (not chin-ups) in full battle-rattle until you drop :DResponse by SFC Ralph E Kelley made Apr 7 at 2016 9:36 AM2016-04-07T09:36:31-04:002016-04-07T09:36:31-04:001SG Private RallyPoint Member1620299<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>To be honest, the only grip stuff I do is Battle Ropes and I hate every second of those 30-45 second sets.Response by 1SG Private RallyPoint Member made Jun 11 at 2016 8:51 PM2016-06-11T20:51:53-04:002016-06-11T20:51:53-04:002016-04-04T17:10:15-04:00
