Do you enjoy farmers walks, wrist curls, dead hangs, etc? Does anyone actually enjoy grip training? 2016-04-04T17:10:15-04:00 SGT Private RallyPoint Member 1428790 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I&#39;ve reached that point on the Deadlift where I have to do extra grip training than before. By that I mean building forearms and strengthening my grip. Weight on a rope and one handed dead hangs. Flipping tires works good to as its a reversed grip and pulling up - as well its a good multi flex point work out.
