LTC Stephen F. 1050160

Yesterday I received a request from an old friend from 35 years ago. He asked that I vouch for him on RallyPoint. To be honest I was surprised that you could be on RallyPoint for many months and not be vouched for. I was happy to vouch for my friend but wasn't sure how to go about it. I responded to his message and told him I would be happy to vouch for him. Then I sent a message to RallyPoint support and told them I wanted to vouch for my friend. Within 30 minutes or so I received a message asking if I would vouch for my friend. I clicked on the hyperlink and vouched for my friend.
I would be happy to vouch for any RallyPoint member that I have been acquainted with or friends with in my military career. I know there are many other members who would do as well?
Do you need to be vouched for? If you do let us know and we will try to help you find somebody who can vouch for you.
Does anybody still need to be vouched for on RallyPoint? 2015-10-19T09:39:19-04:00 LTC Stephen F. 1050160

Yesterday I received a request from an old friend from 35 years ago. Doing so for anyone other could compromise the integrity of RP. If already verified there is no need to also have someone vouch for you. I don't want to be vouched for by just anybody just because they want to help me out. I'd prefer they have the ease of mind in knowing for a fact that I serve. With that being said, I am verified so I'm not sure if that still means I need vouched for or not.
