Back in the day AKO mail would work via IMAP with outlook. I have not checked into the new mail service as it came out as I was retiring.<br /><a class="dark-link bold-link" role="profile-hover" data-qtip-container="body" data-id="77973" data-source-page-controller="question_response_contents" href="/profiles/77973-25u-signal-support-systems-specialist">SGT Private RallyPoint Member</a> SGT, do you know if the new mail client will conect with IMAP or other services? If you do, purchase it... there is a good chance it helps. <a target="_blank" href="http://www.thursby.com/products/pkard-mac">http://www.thursby.com/products/pkard-mac</a><br /><br />Also, make sure that you are at <a target="_blank" href="https://web.mail.mil">https://web.mail.mil</a> and close out your browser all the time. Also, make sure your running the latest OS 10.10 or 10.11 (BETA). If your running 10.4 - 10.7, you'll run into issues. <div class="pta-link-card answers-template-image type-default"> <div class="pta-link-card-picture"> <img src="https://d26horl2n8pviu.cloudfront.net/link_data_pictures/images/000/022/337/qrc/logo_0.png?1443054919"> </div> <div class="pta-link-card-content"> <p class="pta-link-card-title"> <a target="blank" href="http://www.thursby.com/products/pkard-mac">PKard for Mac</a> </p> <p class="pta-link-card-description">Web, email &amp; VPN with CAC/PIV for Mac</p> </div> <div class="clearfix"></div> </div> Response by CPT Private RallyPoint Member made Sep 18 at 2015 8:59 AM 2015-09-18T08:59:43-04:00 2015-09-18T08:59:43-04:00 LTC Private RallyPoint Member 975178 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I couldn't use my CAC on my iMac at home until I downloaded software from Thursby.
