Let me guess, you are from Alabama and want to be close to home? If that&#39;s the case, Fort Benning is probably going to be the closest realistic option.

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>If they still have the Pathfinder Detachment, that could very well be what it is for.<br /><br />If it popped up as a reenlistment option, it may or should have a full MOS qualifier or applicable ASIs. Check and see if it is F7 ASI coded.

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>CPL Welch, since this is a re-enlistment option, go back to the Career Counselor, have him pull the option he/she is discussion with you and provide the details, they should be able to pull exactly what, where, when and how they intend to use an 11B1 at Fort Rucker, they should be able to identify the command and maybe even the specific unit that is requesting an 11B, if that does&#39;t work reach out to HRC (Infantry Branch) E1-E4 assignments and asked what type of assignments are located at Fort Rucker? They will have the best information since all requisition are either generated or develop by branch. Does this help? <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>They have 11Bs serving as instructors for AV BOLC to train AV officers on the basics of infantry, tactics, OPORDs, and how aviation assets fit into assisting infantry units.<br /><br />Speaking from experience as one of their students a few months ago. There aren&#39;t many of them assigned here, maybe like 10. Oh! And you get to monitor all of D Co&#39;s urinalysis. So that&#39;s a fun perk.
