I was asked for my Veterans Card... never heard of it until now... do I qualify? OR<br /><br />go directly to your nearest V.A. Office and apply directly... I'm from Wisconsin and you can get a Veteran designation on your Driver's License or State ID card by showing your DD-214 at the Motor Vehicle Dept at the time of issue or renewal.
