No. Recruiters do not get any bonus if an enlisteed takes a certain job. Sometimes there are only certain jobs that are available to new recruits based on their ASVAB scores.

When I was a recruiting 1st Sgt, they got double credit for Pararescue.

No. However recruiters used to receive bonuses for going over the required each were missionien. But this was back between 07-09.

Recruiters get nothing from the enlistment. Simply doing our job and helping someone improve their future.

I remember shipping competitions for certain jobs in the 70s. I don't remember what the prizes were...most likely it was in the form of another attaboy certificate for your "I love me" wall...and you got to keep your job.

Nope. No bonus for nothing for recruiters. We get pay the same monthly with 300 contracts or with 0 contract

No bonus, it just means they don't go to "0 roller" training.

Back in the day, there was a recruiter incentive for quality contracts etc. I have been retired for 8 years now. Did 15 years in Army recruiting. The only bonuses we recieved was the pro pay of @ 375 bucks per month. I do not believe there are any incentives for doing your job! I used to get great pleasure in writing those tough contracts and the look on the new recruits face was payment enough....
