If there are negative remarks on your NCOER those must be substantiated with recorded counseling or documentation of some type. Your unit is required to post the rating scheme, so ask your 1SG who your designated rater is. Your duty description is in the DA PAM 611-21. Take the description for the rank of your position, add the size of the unit you support and the number of Soldiers you are in charge of, that's your duty positionResponse by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made May 1 at 2020 10:18 AM2020-05-01T10:18:33-04:002020-05-01T10:18:33-04:00SGM Bill Frazer5839268<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>You don't have to but lack of all that will make an easy rebuttal of the NCOER.Response by SGM Bill Frazer made May 1 at 2020 5:07 PM2020-05-01T17:07:58-04:002020-05-01T17:07:58-04:002020-05-01T09:15:25-04:00
