Does the 35F do a polygraph with their TS clearance?

The billet you a serving in will dictate the poly (CI or Full Scope) you require.

A polygraph is not required for an SSBI (Single Scope Background Investigation). That said, there are certain billets that "might" require a polygraph ("lifestyles" investigation).

From what I know, *all* 35 require polygraph.

I’m a 35F and I got my TS in October without ever having done a polygraph.

No. And the majority of people I went to AIT with did not take a polygraph either. If you eventually get out of the Army and want to do all-source intelligence however, you will have to take a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph at a minimum. Good thing is, the majority of contracting companies will pay for you to get one.

No they dont. But they go through your clearance packet with a fine tooth comb.
