Cleaning clover leafs on ship, stirring shit pots, scooping overloaded and clogged toilets by trash bag covered hands and when dodging poo flake fall out from the burning shit pots. You cannot unlearn what is learned, you can choose to forget, but the things we have learned should not be forgotten.<br />Someday, I will be a retired serviceman, but I will never be a civilian, the habits that I have acquired , the things I have learned will not die, nor would I would them to. I will take it as a matter of pride that when I am 70, it will be evident that I stood up for the civilians when they would or could not.
