Do you use a ride tracking app or device?

So, I'm saddened by the weekly report from my mapmyride app. One day riding this week. :/ One of the drawbacks from being on leave is how it obliterates my routine for a time. Back to work, and working out, in Tuesday.

What cycling app do you use? Or device? I will get a Garmin eventually, but the phone does okay.

I have a Garmin 910 watch and a Garmin 510. I absolutely love my 510. It has so many awesome features. I really like the segments on it. I can great my own segments and upload them to my 510 and when I cross a segment on my ride it it tells me and shows me the progress with an elevation profile of the segment. I also like the live tracking and auto upload feature as well.

I've tried several different apps for my smartphone. I've used Endomondo (endomondo.com), Strava (strava.com) and have just started testing out Ride with GPS (ridewithgps.com). They all have their own advantages and disadvantages. I left Strava because their elevation data is horrible (and they admit it.)

I own a Garmin 920xt and the Bluetooth connectivity automatically uploads to my phone. I have the 920xt because I am an avid triathlete and I swim and run a lot as well. As my husband Joel mentioned on this forum, the Edge 510 is am excellent choice if cycling is your primary sport. His Edge 510 is an actual cycling computer and does so many things that the cycling mode on my 920xt can't do

I use Strava. Its pretty good and user friendly plus it is at no cost.

I used to use Endomondo's application on my phone while riding but I switched to Suunto's Movescount application. I switched because of a technical issue of Endomondo that I did not like.

I'm late to the party! I used to use mapmyfitness but now I have been using Strava as well, I feel like it's much better.
