No doubt he does, he is used to being in charge. I can only hope we have a strong enough Congress to remind him of his limits.

So does Obama; neither one seems limited by Constitutional considerations. Both seem to inspire cults of personality rather than the rule of law.

Of course he wants to take charge. ALL people who are running for office and all people striving for leadership positions including most of us want to take charge.
