Do you think the Army should allow soldiers to attend WLC as long as they have a MOS qualification? https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/do-you-think-the-army-should-allow-soldiers-to-attend-wlc-as-long-as-they-have-a-mos-qualification <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I am currently in a unit that I am not MOS qualified in, however I am MOS qualified as a 12B Combat Engineer. They refuse to send me to MOS school for 31B or to Warrior Leader Course. They are holding back my career...do you think that is fair since WLC isn&#39;t based on a specific MOS? On the surface it sounds very unfair to me. And it sounds like the system and artificial (?) rules may be holding you back. Have you gone up the chain of command or your NCO support chain to discuss this situation?
