Do you think that the Constitution's Preamble creates the calling and format back to American and possibly global Health and Wealth?

You swore an oath to defend it the Constitution and its Preamble! Time to examine it.

How to “Form a more perfect union” “to establish justice” “to insure domestic tranquility” “promote general welfare”?

10 U.S.C. § 502 - U.S. Code - Unannotated Title 10. Armed
Forces § 502. Enlistment oath: who may administer

(a) Enlistment oath. --Each person enlisting in an armed force shall take the following oath:
“I, _______, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God.”

I think you are stretching things a bit, PO3 Aaron Hassay! In my view, I see no need to change the Constitution's Preamble at all... I love all it stands for and will continue to honor my enlistment oath I took back in May back in 1961...

Exactly. In the preamble, they wrote a blank check of power, to make sure the new government would end up bigger and stronger and more oppressive than the one they had spent years fighting against. Then they used a lot more paper giving the government powers that were already covered in the first sentence. I think you have figured out exactly what the preamble means. Kudos.

I think Richard Dreyfuss has a good point of view on the Preamble.

The principles upon which this Republic was founded are constantly under attack. We would do well to examine the words closely and take them to heart rather than look at them as something we need to abridge out of convenience.
