This evaluation is done regardless of rank. SFAS breeds some of the Army's best leaders and warriors. <div><br></div><div> All too often I have seen NCOs and Officers alike that have terrible leadership qualities and never earn the respect of their subordinate soldiers. These leaders spend their time sucking up to their superiors and in turn the get all the rewards and no one seems to see that, that leader's soldiers are not being helped and their leader takes all the credit for the hard work of the entire section. </div><div><br></div><div>I feel there should be a system incorporated that legitimately gives subordinates the opportunity to impact an NCO's NCOER. Most of the time NCO's superiors dont see the everyday work that they are doing so all they have to go off of is documents achievements and negative reports.
