Training could occur as a block of instruction or two in NCOES or during pre-deployment training. I think that it would be useful to units that usually operate in other services areas of operations. During my tour in Iraq, we operated under the Marines for the majority of our deployment. We learned how they did business with regards to logistics, communication, etc. Too easy to pick up on the job.

Good question and something that I think that "the powers that be" should look at in the future.
Response by 1SG Steven Stankovich made Nov 20 at 2013 12:55 PM2013-11-20T12:55:52-05:002013-11-20T12:55:52-05:00SSG Private RallyPoint Member8700

I think this would be a great idea. Being that I work in medical supply in a joint hospital environment I know what it's like to have someone from a different branch of service work with you but not understand the whole process which made things a little more difficult.Response by SSG Private RallyPoint Member made Nov 20 at 2013 1:09 PM2013-11-20T13:09:07-05:002013-11-20T13:09:07-05:00SFC Michael Hasbun8703

Not just supply, but all logisitical MOS's.Response by SFC Michael Hasbun made Nov 20 at 2013 1:21 PM2013-11-20T13:21:03-05:002013-11-20T13:21:03-05:002013-11-20T10:50:17-05:00
