Pakistan is a country facing difficult issues - politically, economically - to say nothing of the terrain and location. Could the killing be politically motivated? Probably. There are many things that go on in this world that are politically and financially motivated.Response by PO1 Private RallyPoint Member made Dec 7 at 2014 12:02 PM2014-12-07T12:02:58-05:002014-12-07T12:02:58-05:00SFC Dr. Joseph Finck, BS, MA, DSS359063

COL Private RallyPoint Member Sir, I think Pakistan is in one of the most volatile areas on the planet. If it ends in "stan" there is probably an issue somewhere to be dealt with. That said, the Government since President / General Pervez Musharraf has been dubious at best in their assistance and dealing with internal security and external terrorism.

Short answer, I am skeptical Pakistan is doing enough. However, based on the circumstances it may be all they can do so a semblance of moderate politics remains in that region.Response by SFC Dr. Joseph Finck, BS, MA, DSS made Dec 7 at 2014 12:23 PM2014-12-07T12:23:08-05:002014-12-07T12:23:08-05:00COL Private RallyPoint Member359141

does Pakistan even care what we think?Response by COL Private RallyPoint Member made Dec 7 at 2014 1:17 PM2014-12-07T13:17:59-05:002014-12-07T13:17:59-05:00COL Private RallyPoint Member369104

http://www.reuters.com/article/2014/12/12/us-pakistan-militants-idUSKBN0JQ11W20141212

another success!
