I used to love to make my late psychiatrist laugh. We made each other laugh; actually.
I am very literal and serious; but I love to make others laugh.

no .... I don't know how to make others laugh ... but sometime ... people laughed so hard, I don't even know why.

I tried to learn ... maybe it worked but never feel like I am good at it at all.

The answer, for me, is not that I think myself funny, I just think people take things too seriously. And since I'm a very intense and serious person deep down, I'm completely opposite when talking to people. Why so serious?

Yes, I usually tell Navy Security at the gate, "Say I have some Top Secret information to pass on to you, our Army Football Team will beat the Navy this time!" I have them laughing or smiling every time, I figure they can use a little humor to boast up their morale.

I have a tendency to make people laugh. I am usually sarcastic about stuff and don't take life too serious. I remember I had a medical tech tell me to stop making him laugh while I was getting an epidural steroid injection in my neck. He kept asking how I was doing, so I would say things like better than being shot at, better than hitting and IED or better than getting blown up. He was prior Military so he understood the jokes. I also asked for the remote to the monitor so I could watch cartoons instead of the needle going into my neck......lol
