No. <br />Everyone is crapping their pants over one sentence. He was there for an inquiry over whether or not something occurred that would lead to possible crimes that could lead to impeachment. From what I saw, when he was cross-examined, it was shown that he was the one that went and talked to Ciaramella, who then filed the complaint.

In that regard, I am of the opinion his statements were largely based on his own opinions and feelings. I&#39;m also of the opinion that it isn&#39;t &quot;disrespect&quot; to challenge those opinions on feelings during the course of their evaluation.
