The sad reality is most confirmation hearings are mostly posturing by the politicians (for or against). The questions are predictable. The supporters toss softballs, the detractors try to scorch the nominee with loaded questions or a speech followed by a question. <br /><br />You&#39;d do better getting a summary on a few of your trusted news programs.
