No I don't think so and I don't see it. I see Hillary as the Top Contender right now followed closely by Bernie. I think he is still grieving the loss of his son. Having said that (You Know there is always a but). He has always been a strong Liberal Champion (Even though he comes from the "Wealthy Class"). He was the Senator from Delaware (Where all the Banks are "Officially" headquartered that allows them the most liberal laws to screw the rest of us nationally, Yes I love Joe but I know he is Beholden to the Bank Industry in this country and is the Democrats/Bank Industry Man) I wouldn't be surprised in the Least to see him as a 3 term VP if that is possible or at least a significant player in the Next Administration.

Personally, I think that if he were going to, he would have announced it by now. Unless the DNC have already secretly chosen him as their candidate and just haven't made that news public.
