SGT(P) Private RallyPoint Member3530301

So listed below are my classes that I am taking this summer and I'm trying to figure out if it will impact my BAH that I receive.
Class 1 - 3 SH- 05/01/18 - 05/27/18
Class 2- 3 SH- 05/01/18 - 07/01/18
Class 3- 3 SH- 07/02/18 - 08/05/18
Class 4- 3 SH- 07/02/18 - 08/05/18

So, I am enrolled as FT student for the purpose of the summer semester. However, as you can see, the terms are not exactly full length; it does not cover the entire period of the summer with 4 classes.

My question is, will I receive the full amount of BAH during the summer? or Will I have prorated amount's paid based on how many class's I am taking during the month for which I will be paid? Has anyone experienced this?Do you receive the full post 9/11 GI Bill BAH during the summer if the term is not full length?2018-04-10T08:51:50-04:00SGT(P) Private RallyPoint Member3530301

So listed below are my classes that I am taking this summer and I'm trying to figure out if it will impact my BAH that I receive.
Class 1 - 3 SH- 05/01/18 - 05/27/18
Class 2- 3 SH- 05/01/18 - 07/01/18
Class 3- 3 SH- 07/02/18 - 08/05/18
Class 4- 3 SH- 07/02/18 - 08/05/18

So, I am enrolled as FT student for the purpose of the summer semester. To be classified as full time you need 6 credit hours. 12 credit hours for full time in the fall and Winter. So from what I see No it will not affect your BAH. To make sure contact your local veterans office in your area. Generally found in the government section of the phone book. It doesn’t matter that your taking an fast pace class- they only count by the length of the class.Response by COL Private RallyPoint Member made Apr 10 at 2018 9:22 PM2018-04-10T21:22:11-04:002018-04-10T21:22:11-04:002018-04-10T08:51:50-04:00
