I love studying Psychology and learning about people operate. I realize that each of us have our own strengths and weaknesses. How well do we know ourselves and our motivators. I found it fascinating that after joining the military, I had a bit of a change. Whereas I used to be an ISTP, I somehow changed to an ISFJ (with a very close "P". Has anyone else taken this test before and into their careers? If so, what changed and do you like the change? (Personally I preferred the "T" me over the "F" me. Just to humor me (and others that may be curious), would you mind sharing your type? I'm also interested to see if there is a trend amongst those senior and those junior, though I have a feeling most Warrant Officers will be an "I".<div><br></div><div>A few links to get you started. ENTJ --- The Executive
Assertive and outspoken - they are driven to lead. Excellent ability to understand difficult organizational problems and create solid solutions. Intelligent and well-informed, they usually excel at public speaking. They value knowledge and competence, and usually have little patience with inefficiency or disorganization.

I have taken this personality test many times over the years and have always ended up with the same results. While some who know me may question the "intelligent" part, I don't think they would question the rest of the description, especially the "assertive and outspoken" part. :-) :-)
