Sgt Kelli Mays, I like my fish, baked, broiled, and fried. I tried sushi when I was in Japan long before it became popular here, and I didn't like it. You can dip it in anything, but it's still raw fish. IMO.

It's *all* sushi. Nigiri sushi is a slice of raw fish on a bed of specially made sushi rice, Sashimi sushi is that same slice of raw fish without the rice, and Maki sushi is the roll.

Oh my. That is not fair or nice. I love them both. If I had to pick a preference it would be the Eel, Bonkers crazy for Eel followed closely by Tuna, Octopus and Shrimp.

I like both since both of em are my favorite. Every time I go to a Japanese restaurant I always order Sushi Boat :-)

I prefer sashimi most of the time, though some sushi is amazing as well. I'm also a huge fan of carpaccio.
