I think it could be Spain, based on the white walls, shore cannon, etc.
In this country it could be in Florida or South Carolina.

Sgt Tom Cunnally 2nd to 4th Country hypothesis.
Since it is somewhere the USMC can wear US uniforms I think it could be Cuba.
Other possibilities include places the USMA fought such as the Philippines or Guam.
