Downloading and storing such documents on your computer is a security violation. DoD has issued several such warnings with the Wikileaks and Bradley Manning leaks. Now, to the best of my knowledge, DoD doesn&#39;t go around looking for people who have done this, but should you get in their crosshairs for some other reason, they may well use it against you.
