This so called "Green Diet" is recommended by the VA for Veterans who have issues with weight, depression, anxiety, and PTSD....It consists of the following food groups:
1 Green Tea
2. Green Fruits
3. Green Vegetables
4. Fish 3 times weekly
5. Avoid Red Meat
6 Avoid Diary Products

Fish contains fatty acids and vitamins that help brain functions.

SGT when I saw the headline, the first thing I thought about was green eggs in T-rats. But it seems interesting when I scrolled down and saw what you meant.
