Don't need one.....have a retirement in the bag already.....just working on paying off residual bills and then current job pays all the frills until retirement age.

Yes I do. Obtain continually higher level IT certifications, which in turn will lead to better paying IT jobs/promotions.

Everyone should have a plan - I don't need to work but still do and there are still things I want to accomplish in education and training etc.

Yes I do. There are two reasons for this.

(1) At our Senior Leader TAP course it was ingrained into us to have a career plan for the duration of our life to age 100. Yes, just in case.

(2) Every interview that I've been in I'm asked "What is your 5 year plan?"
