Since its so close to my ets time I was wondering if anyone knows if you get travel days on top of your terminal leave for OCONUS etsing? I only ask because everyone here is telling me you do. When I look online it says yes and no depending on who answers. Is it different depending on who approves/disapproves?Do you get travel days on top of terminal leave for an ETS from OCONUS?2019-02-14T03:23:06-05:00SPC Private RallyPoint Member4366914<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I leave the army in 8 and a half months. Soldiers from Germany and Panama would arrive late at night, and would complete separation (DD214, final pay, and flights home, opportunity to transfer/enlist in IRR/NG/USAR) the next day. Numbers were anywhere between 10 and 100+. Practice was based on SOFA agreements to not separate service members in host countries. I recall there was one at Jackson and another at Ft Dix. Don't recall what west coast post handled it.Response by 1SG Private RallyPoint Member made Feb 14 at 2019 7:52 AM2019-02-14T07:52:30-05:002019-02-14T07:52:30-05:00SFC Private RallyPoint Member4367476<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>No, you just have however long it takes to fly home. People at retirement can get permissive TDY though.Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Feb 14 at 2019 9:12 AM2019-02-14T09:12:00-05:002019-02-14T09:12:00-05:002019-02-14T03:23:06-05:00
