Do you find RP a good source of information, Military or Public?

I find RP post and comments to be diverse enough to give some real insight into many subjects that interest me.

RP is my preferred social media site. I like talking to other veterans. I have learned about other services and love the diverse opinions.

Diversity is good. However, I wish people that make statements about people in the news would at least justify them. And do so without using fake news sources. That includes both sides. This is represented as a Military Professional site. The majority seem to comply.

The information is normally good. Most of us have been around long enough to know that providing references is the best way to help someone search for their own answer.

Yes and no. Much like Facebook and other social media, RallyPoint is not exempt from the inflammatory posts or misinformation. Our moderators are fairly good because I rarely see those topics of discussion, but I know they do exist.

But I find RallyPoint is better than most social medias because it allows us to keep up with the times and weigh in with both our personal and professional experiences.

Like most things, everything needs to be taken with a grain of salt because what the regulations were when I was in might not be the same regulations when the next Marine comes on here asking for assistance.

This section in cyberspace is a gold mine SSG. My company video is about to be re-performed after asking for help. Also, current events are given dept by those who know what they are talking about. Because, they have been there. Not to mention, quite a few of these hard chargers set the example is professionalism and how to write an English sentence.

RP in my opinion has made it to the next level in the computer digital print media industry. Now I will admit on some occasions me and my brothers and sisters disagree on certain topics, one thing that will never separate us is that we have a brotherhood of the 1% club!

I found that RP has been very useful from both a social and professional viewpoint. RP members tend to be very experienced and insightful. I appreciate their opinions, especially when it involves military matters.

I enjoy learning about other services, Terry...and I've learned more about that subject here than I have anywhere else. Public information tends to poster-biased, so isn't always as useful, but is generally interesting, at least. All that said, this is my #1 site daily.

I find Rallypoint to be very informative,and as a lucky strike extra it makes this old man feel pretty good somebody actually is interested in my experiences in the Military,and no just because I did a"George Washington " blouse,I didn't serve under him!

It has been and continues to be an outstanding resource for many things military and a lot of things Public. All it takes is the personal impetus to spend productive time delving into what you desire to find out.

I find the comments made by us on RallyPoint interesting and sometimes comical, but I can say this site is very informative about any subject you maybe thinking of. Big Kudos to the RP Staff and its members.
