As a commander, I'm not worried about the individual, I'm worried about the company. My decisions are for the good of the whole company, not the individual. Honestly, I could really care less if someone feels that I'm not fair to them. Most everything you earn is a privilege, not a right so I'm sorry if someone doesn't feel that I haven't been fair to them.
