To be direct, yes. What Senior leadership are we referring to specifically? Senior leaders within our past/present units, or senior leadership that seem to be more involved in politics than Soldiers?

I don't know that that is even up for debate at this point. The answer would seem to be an obvious, emphatic, resounding yes.

After reading some of the Sgt Maj of the Army’s responses in the Q&A, it appears the Army is likes to appoint people who regurgitate politically correct answers to fill the highest “leadership” positions.
