Do you agree with Judge Andrew Nepolitano that former Secretary Clinton gave the FBI "a field day" of indictable Congressional testimony?2015-10-23T09:38:06-04:00COL Sam Russell1060298<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>“25 FBI agents and investigators in the Justice Department, not far from where she testified today, who are looking at the following things she said: they're looking for material misrepresentations, they're looking for the willingness to deceive, they're looking for actual material lies, remember she's under oath, and they're looking for how many different versions she can possibly give of the various events. I watched intently for hours before running out of gas at about 6pm.<br />The FBI is looking at her handling of classified material on an unsecured server. That subject was only touched upon tangentially in the time I was paying attention.<br />I think it is clear that spillage occurred. In order to charge a crime, it will take evidence of gross negligence and/or willful action on her part. It is quite possible that evidence is there... a lot of pretty damning things have come out already.Response by 1SG Private RallyPoint Member made Oct 23 at 2015 9:52 AM2015-10-23T09:52:12-04:002015-10-23T09:52:12-04:001stSgt Private RallyPoint Member1060379<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Had it come from any source other than Fox News, I might buy it.Response by 1stSgt Private RallyPoint Member made Oct 23 at 2015 10:06 AM2015-10-23T10:06:46-04:002015-10-23T10:06:46-04:00TSgt David L.1060385<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I can't believe how many versions of the "truth" she has flip flopped with and still people will vote for her. Unfortunately, lying to the American people is not a crime. It sounds like she has polished her story enough that she will get away with the death of four good Americans, whose lives could have been saved if she had taken action. And it seems that CNN, and a large portion of the American public, are ready to forgive that, along with the lies that came out of her office after the incident, and just let bygones be bygones.<br /><br />At the moment, I am concerned with her handling of classified material on an unsecured private server. If she has done this, irreparable damage may have been done to national security, and it opens up the possibility that even more Americans will have to pay the ultimate price. Is this really the person that we want to be able to order our troops into combat? With half thought out plans, no grasp of the true situation, and the willingness to lie to us all? Are these the leaderships traits of a commander? I know how I will NOT be voting.Response by PVT Robert Gresham made Oct 23 at 2015 10:20 AM2015-10-23T10:20:51-04:002015-10-23T10:20:51-04:00MCPO Roger Collins1060632<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>But, they won't be used.Response by MCPO Roger Collins made Oct 23 at 2015 11:25 AM2015-10-23T11:25:14-04:002015-10-23T11:25:14-04:00SSG Warren Swan1061460<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Rather dramatic take Judge. While we can armchair QB what she did easily, even Tre said he didn't get anything new out of the testimony. If he didn't get anything new, Judge what are you expecting 25 supposed FBI agents to do? Is she guilty, that's not for the commission, you, or the public to say. Problem is the commission lead has said this is a "trial" on numerous occasions, and there will be a judging of sorts. Wrong answer. Do I believe she's guilty yes in the emails. Not sold on the who conspiracy theory tho.Response by SSG Warren Swan made Oct 23 at 2015 5:21 PM2015-10-23T17:21:58-04:002015-10-23T17:21:58-04:002015-10-23T09:38:06-04:00
