He was misidentified as a suspect. The officer has previous incidents. Without more information, I can't give a decision. On another point, If you don't follow tennis, James Blake was good player and seems like a hell of a nice guy. If so, then the cop should at least be disciplined (we don't yet have the full story). He obviously has a few years experience and is not some rookie fresh from the police academy and definitely knows better.
