Of course not. While there is an evident correlation between most terrorist attacks and the religion of their perpetrators, we shouldn't make it a generalization.

Yes there is a terrifying amount of "radical muslims" in the world, but I believe that only Muslims can clean it off.

Just FYI, how would you define Muslim service members? Are they "terrorist in training?" or just proud American trying to serve their country?

Why are we asking this question? No one is hating ALL Muslims. That is a canard being crafted by those who pretend to occupy the moral high ground to make the rest of us feel ashamed and vote for their candidates. (Or vote against those "our betters" oppose.) Even the multiple choices accompanying this question are prejudicial. Ultimately, the whole discussion boils down to propaganda. They could have been composed by CAIR just to make Americans feel guilty...

No, I have Muslim friends, they are good people, they have no desire to take over the world, they would defend me if needed. It is the violent extremists that are the problem.

No, Not really, but I ask my self...why does someone believe in a book....The Qu'ran, when there is so much hate and violence in it....and it actually says to kill those who don't believe because it's better for them to be dead than to live and suffer not believing.

Muhammad actually rapes and kills...not just kills but murdered and slained people.... he had something like 9 wives and the youngest was 9....

I know some people come back and say there is all kinds of killing and what not in the bible...but it doesn't say to go out and kill....and it doesn't condone rape and murder and all of the stuff it does in the Qu'Ran.

Look at it this way; everytime some lunatic goes on a shooting rampage gun owners and gun rights groups become the whipping boy for elitist politicians and the media. This happens in spite of the fact that the shooters are not members of these groups. Conversely, those same media and political elites prefer not to group Muslims even though a higher percentage, versus gun owners, is involved with hateful acts and identifies with this group. Hypocricy?

Looking at our nations history we see times where hatred and misunderstanding led to some unsavory acts. Trail of Tears, Japanese Internment, Jim Crow and the lynching of blacks (and white Republicans who fought for civil rights), just to name a few, should tug at our conscience. We're supposed to treat everyone as individuals, anything less leads us down a familiar path I would rather not see taken.

No CPT Jason Torpy I do not believe attempts to institute worldwide terrorism justify hating all Muslims. While the Qu'ran include suras which tell Muslims to offer he choice of convert or die to the people of the book namely Christians and jews, I am glad that this deadly choice is limited to despotic Muslim majority nations such as Sudan and Saudi Arabia. My faith is in the Lord and savior Jesus Christ and I try to adhere to the clear teachings of the Bible including treating people as I would like to be treated and not as I have been treated.

CPT Jason Torpy Do you mean to tell me that the President of the Military Atheists and Freethinkers has a concern for someone with a religious worldview that wants to build a house or worship or are you just here to stir up a bunch of crap and watch? You are defined by your lack of faith in anything or anyone but yourself. Freethinker, hardly.

This entire post is a red herring likely being done to try to trap people of other faiths (namely Christians) who do not wants muslims building mosques etc so you can then try to reverse the argument on them. Nice try Jason.
