(Real helpful to repeat what someone said right? ha!)<br /><br />On a personal sidebar, I have done alternate events to the run, and trust me, they DO require effort to pass. For some reason, people seem to think otherwise. <br /><br />I did the walk once, and hated it with a passion, because in order to pass I had to speed-walk (while ensuring one foot remains on the ground at all times, otherwise that&#39;s &quot;running&quot;, and that&#39;s a no-go). It was effort! When all was said and done, my shins felt like someone was kind enough to hit them with a hammer in order to put out the burning fire I was feeling. The bike was a better cardio workout and less painful; not that I think its better than the run. Your experience may vary.<br /><br />Good luck.
