One of the things that frustrate me the most is a servicemember that do not have sense of urgency. In the last week or so I had about 5 servicemembers that returned my call and they said I am calling because I received your email about 1 1/2 months ago....really. How would you recommend I support someone like tha. Trust me I am not sitting around waiting for their call.

Servicemember be on the offense take charge of your career. CW3 Dylan E. I'd say that the toughest choice you will have is location. I'd worry more about my LinkedIn profile and networking with civilian recruiters. You contact them, don't wait for someone to read your resume.
Good Luck. While many recruiters are using software to identify candidates (via keywords, etc.), many still rely on the personal approach. Personally, I will assist anyone who reaches out to me in whatever capacity I can help. Each candidate needs to find what works best for him/her and work with a recruiter who will tailor his/her profile, resume, strategy and search accordingly.
