I used every resource. The potential for Rallypoint to help one find employment is wide open if used properly. Great question.

I try to, but haven't had any luck. I also like using the site as a kind of military Yahoo Answers.

Yes - people do utilize rally point to find employment - it is another resource that can be tapped. and has a "jobs" tab on the menu bar - Thank you for coming here. And to answer your question , if you were going to ask, is no - I am fully retired living abroad, but thank you in advance.

CMSgt Virgil Horsley I'm so sorry to hear you struggled so much. After everything our military members sacrifice, the last thing that should be a struggle is finding a job to support their families. Please keep me in mind if you ever decide to look for new opportunities.

I didn’t know “people” were allowed on here. This site is primarily for military, with the civilians that are allowed membership primarily for the job potential they offer transitioning military personnel. What did you mean by “people?”

RallyPoint seems to be a decent place to network and meet people who have a friend, and it is a very good place to get some advice on varied service related topics, but honestly having interacted with the people here I would most likely wish to never meet many of them in the flesh.

I would because networks, networking, and referrals are very effective in helping someone find suitable employment.
