Helps if you pull off the road first. You are in uniform, that mean you are suppose to face the colors/music and render the salute until it is done. No matter where you are outdoors, if in uniform and you can hear the music render the proper honors. Be proud of your service to the country. It shouldnt be about being off post or on post but about rendering honors like we're supposed to. I would salute . Pic = Camp Habbaniyah , Iraq 2008 and it goes without saying thank you sir for serving . I see mountain div. (insignia ) met some in Iraq. mountains in Iraq I thought . . try moonscape . last month was at a local ceremony honoring K9'S both police and military service dogs at the commencement as they were hoisting the colors . Even now that I'm a Poor Fxxxin Civilian I felt a sense of pride swell within me as I rendered a salute in my "civies" , a senate bill allows us to do that . I do it in honor of all our brothers and sisters both past, present . I hope this will leave you with a smile , only got nervous once when one of the passing dogs shot me a sideways glance . . oh lord I thought , here it comes . . busted . must have caught a whiff of me , you know it's a Colorado thing.

BESAFE .
