Do I qualify for FSA if I'm in the reserves?

I've been reading the DoD 7000.14-R Chapter 27 and it seems like I am eligible.

1. I'm re-classing to a different MOS right now and it's more than 30 days.
2. I have a dependent.

I've been guard and reserves and every time I've been on AD orders for more than 30 days, whether for school or mobilization/deployment, I've gotten FSA.

You should be, make sure you have an up-to-date DA 5960 from your unit. Also check with the S1 at the school house for a FSA form, pretty sure it still is a DD 1561. Good luck in your school.
