I did not have to pay back any of my contractual bonus. I’m sure in states that in some regulation. Remember, should you fail to commission you will be returned to Active Duty to serve out your contract. You get to keep your reenlistment bonus when you commission. You&#39;ll only pay it back if you get kicked out, or if you were somehow paid the bonus after being selected for G2G.
