I am currently in the process of completing my flight packet. I had a few questions regarding moral waivers and what needs one and what doesn't. I received an article 15 in 2018 and I have been informed that the records are removed after 2 years. So do I submit a waiver for that even though there is not any supporting documents? Also, I have a criminal case on my record from 2014 that was dismissed (with prejudice). Meaning the case was dismissed in my favor because I did not commit the offense. Does it still need a waiver even though I didn't need a waiver to join? The reason I am asking is because the documents for the case are in my Iperms and I want to make sure I am completing the packet correctly because I do not want it to result in me looking dishonest on my application. Thank you in advance for any help.

Reach out to the WO accessions team at Ft. Knox and have them review your situation, be transparent, send all paperwork and take their advice; they deal with similar situations everyday and directly process your packet before it goes to board.
Believe or not they do have your best interest in mind.
Speaking from experience with a similar situation.

Yes you will need to submit a waiver for your article-15 regardless if records are removed.

A conduct waiver is required when the final finding of a court or of another adjudicating authority is a conviction or other adverse adjudication such as, but not limited to, fines, imprisonment, placed on probation, paroled or pardoned, or have ever been ordered to deposit bail or collateral for a violation of any law, police regulation or ordinance, including traffic violations involving a fine or forfeiture of $100 or more. This includes juvenile offenses, expunged dispositions, non-judicial punishments, and courts-martial proceedings. Major misconduct offenses require General Officer endorsement, Conduct Waiver Case Summary. See Army Directive 2020-09 for details.

Also the selection board does not see waivers so no issue there. Just an admin thing and I would not sweat it if you have a good resume.
