But when you walk out to the car if its at night then you need to have it on.. Its also been proven that PT belts help you lift more weight!...... IN the end if your unit says its part of the uniform then I would have it on when I left the gym but not while I was in the gym working out. Every installation is different. At Fort Leonard Wood you are not authorized to where the PT uniform anywheres off post. The only exception is stopping to pump gas and pick up something from the convenient store. Wear civilian gym attire. Two questions though.......<br />Why the hell aren't you using the FREE gym on post?<br />How the hell do you afford a gym membership? I didn't make squat when a was a PFC.
