If you are dual military, then your spouse is not command sponsored, so an EROD wouldn't apply, they are covered under the SOFA. My ex wife and I were dual military in Germany, when one of us deployed, it didn't affect the status of the other at all. Why would one of you have to go back to the states?Response by SFC Michael Hasbun made Jan 7 at 2016 2:26 PM2016-01-07T14:26:31-05:002016-01-07T14:26:31-05:00SFC Private RallyPoint Member1221536

SGT(P) Romeo Frett,
Since both you are dual military, only your children are command sponsored. Both you and your spouse should have filled out a family care plan that should be identical. I did just a little bit of research and you have two options as the Army sees it.
Option 1: "Soldiers residing in government quarters may request approval for guardians to reside in those quarters in their absence.
Option 2: Send your dependents CONUS where the guardian is located and one member of the dual-military may be authorized to personally escort dependents back.
I found this information in AR 600-20 Army Command Policy para 5-5, k, 3, b
Hope this helps you out.Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Jan 7 at 2016 5:11 PM2016-01-07T17:11:05-05:002016-01-07T17:11:05-05:00SFC Mike Edwards1222372

Both me and my wife was dual military. We both retired after 20 plus years and we never had a problem with our three children. If you have a good supporting family structure, it will be good to both you and you military career. Taking care of your family is priority number 1. We both went to Bosnia, Afghanistan and spend six years in the worst duty station on earth, Ft Drum. We survive and you can also. We also downs 4 years in Korea, and six in Germany. And I was at the bed side when all four of my children was born. I was Artillery and she was logistic.Response by SFC Mike Edwards made Jan 8 at 2016 1:33 AM2016-01-08T01:33:39-05:002016-01-08T01:33:39-05:00CPT Private RallyPoint Member1222637

I don't understand the picture with your question.
