I didn't enjoy Army PT. I do enjoy strength training and cardio (HIIT) that improves functionality.

I absolutely love PT. But, I'm fairly certain I only love it because we do "functional fitness" as well as PRT.

Early on i liked it, as i got older not so much..lol Now being retired i like it again since i got into biking 5+ times a week.

Ummmmm yep. I still do it. I never appreciated the benefits of my physical activity until I realized it let me unwrap my brain at the end of every day.

Depends. Some of it was great. Fun, exciting, & challenging. Really pushed the limits.

Some of it was the most monotonous garbage I have ever experienced. We did it to check a box, and felt like we were wasting everyone's time.

That's doing the exact same things.
