I hold the door open for people, walk on my wife's (or daughter's) right side/facing the street, etc. My parents taught me well!Response by PO1 John Miller made Oct 28 at 2015 9:02 AM2015-10-28T09:02:50-04:002015-10-28T09:02:50-04:00LTC Private RallyPoint Member1071112<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Without a doubt ma'am.Response by LTC Private RallyPoint Member made Oct 28 at 2015 9:03 AM2015-10-28T09:03:44-04:002015-10-28T09:03:44-04:00SSG Audwin Scott1071118<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I would like to think I am.Response by SSG Audwin Scott made Oct 28 at 2015 9:05 AM2015-10-28T09:05:07-04:002015-10-28T09:05:07-04:00SP5 Mark Kuzinski1071122<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Yes I do. I hold doors for ladies, I say "Yes ma'am", "Please" and "Thank you". What I am is not a guy that will bring you flowers, give you a card, drink wine with you, or kiss you in a public setting. So basically, if John Wayne would not have done it neither will I.Response by SGT William Howell made Oct 28 at 2015 9:14 AM2015-10-28T09:14:15-04:002015-10-28T09:14:15-04:00MSgt Stephen Council1071207<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Of course I do. I am respectful of all women and treat them with the dignity afforded by men who were raised with principles. I hold doors, I curb my language, I practice the "Ladies First" ettiquette, and have and will protect/defend women and children to the best of my ability. I raised my children the same way. But the other side of this card, is that I expect to be treated as a gentleman. A thank you goes a long way with me. If I hold your door and you act as though it is your right and treat me llike a servent, I will note the behavior and remember it in the future.Response by MSgt Stephen Council made Oct 28 at 2015 9:47 AM2015-10-28T09:47:14-04:002015-10-28T09:47:14-04:00SrA Edward Vong1071389<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>The name's Bond, James Bond. <br /><br />I try to mix chivalry with equality. Get's confusing sometimes, but I open doors for men and women, and try to be "gender neutral" in some cases. In many cases, yes I am a gentleman.Response by SrA Edward Vong made Oct 28 at 2015 10:53 AM2015-10-28T10:53:07-04:002015-10-28T10:53:07-04:002015-10-28T09:01:49-04:00
